Thank you for using TopUpSphere (https://topupsphere.com/). We strive to deliver airtime top-ups quickly and reliably. Because airtime top-up transactions are processed instantly and delivered digitally, our refund policy has specific limitations. Please read carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refund on Successful Transactions

Once a top-up is successfully processed and delivered to the intended mobile number, it cannot be reversed or refunded. We work with global mobile operators, and due to the nature of digital delivery, such transactions are considered final.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The top-up failed to reach the intended number due to a system error.
  • You were charged twice for the same transaction.
  • The airtime was not delivered and is verifiably stuck in processing.

If you believe your transaction qualifies, please contact us immediately.


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, send an email to support@topupsphere.com with:

  • Full name
  • Transaction ID or reference number
  • Date and time of transaction
  • Mobile number recharged
  • Amount sent
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.


4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take 5โ€“10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Mistaken entries (e.g., wrong number or country code) made by the user
  • Delay in airtime reflection caused by network operator congestion
  • Transactions that were successfully delivered
  • Issues due to incorrect account details

Please double-check all details before confirming your top-up.


6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting our support team first, your account may be suspended, and your information may be flagged with payment processors. We encourage all users to resolve disputes with our team directly and professionally.
